Much of the advice is based on what we would love our patients to know before they get pregnant. Some of it is based on what we wish we had been told, too.
It’s a mixture of evidence-based clinical advice on medically related matters, more specific advice about pregnancy in Grand Cayman, and some personal reflections based on decades of parenting experience.
